    CLIMATE CHANGE CELL, DIRECTORATE OF ENVIRONMENTAL AND CLIMATE CHANGE, HARYANA in collaboration with HARYANA URBAN DEVELOPMENTAL AUTHORITY and GOVERNMENT POST GRADUATE COLLEGE FOR WOMEN SECTOR- 14, PANCHKULA organized a street play (Nukkar Natak) today on 1st December 2021. On this occasion, LEMON DROPS ART GROUP performed a Street Play “JINDAGI” based on the theme Environment & Climate Change. In this play a character ‘Zindagi wants to save her life from Pollution but at last, she failed due to our human ignorance. In the play, various demerits of plastic, polybags, and polyethylene were discussed. And merits of trees, rivers, jute bags were dramatized. under the guidance of Dr. R.K. Chauhan Joint Director (DE & CC) Dr. Jasbir Kaur, Mr. Joshua, Mr. Azad Singh from the Environmental and Climate Change Department, Haryana hosted the event. The play was directed by Preeti Jain. Rinku Jain, Manpreet, Hardeep, Subham performed the play. Principal Mrs. Babita Verma encouraged the students to maintain a clean and green environment. At end of the play Dr. Rajiv Choudhary, Vice Principal, pledged the students to save the environment and not to take drugs in any form and ensure proper maintenance of the college. Dr. Parul Sharma coordinated the event. Students enjoyed the show very much.
